In<br>the US, nuclear plants were first constructed in the 60s and the first half of the 70s,<br>whereas the construction of new nuclear power plants stopped almost completely<br>in the 80s. More generally, a significant number of developed countries have<br>stopped investing in new nuclear power plants since three decades.
