Earth, Air Quality And Climate

Description:

As a result of intensive industrialization and urbanization that has continued uninterruptedly since the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century, our Earth is facing major environmental problems. Even today, when there is more environmental awareness than in the past, the continued intensive use of fossil fuels leads to deterioration in air quality, which in turn leads to global warming. Climate change caused by global warming disrupts the balance of the atmosphere and subsequently increases the severity and frequency of extreme weather events. This increases the loss of life and property and negatively affects the habitability of our planet. Efforts in atmospheric science are underway to obtain longer-term reliable estimates and involved in multi-disciplinary and collaborative studies. This book contains 14 valuable scientific papers on the theme of Earth, Air Quality and Climate selected from the 10th International Symposium on Atmospheric Sciences – ATMOS’22. We sincerely would like to thank all the authors for their valuable contribution.
